docs(custom-command): note on .PromptResponses

Browse source 
as `.PromptResponses` is still commonly used [as demonstrated in the command compendium](https://github.com/jesseduffield/lazygit/wiki/Custom-Commands-Compendium), it would be wise to let users know of its disadvantages
